so I see the theme for this last season is at least one person per episode always being around Angie and Matt and pointing out when they are acting like a couple. I like it, maximum comedy potential. I also like the progression of their feelings. it took 3 seasons for them both to realise their feelings, in s4 they both knew but did 't say, and it looks like in s5 they are finally admitting it out loud to everyone but each other. maybe by the end of the season they can admit to each other too.

I don't know how I'll get through next week's The Resident, considering that even just this last scene in 5x02 killed me 🙃

finally Qetsiyah/Amara/Silas backstory! more Travellers info! I forgot most of this, except Silas and Amara being the original doppelgangers. hopefully this time I'll understand what's going on

and I'm sooo here for Nina Dobrev playing yet another character, and Paul Wesley playing two characters as well

also I'm hoping this episode will finally confirm something I think I remember about the doppelgangers, so fingers crossed for that
