The way Jon killed the Not-Them is how I wish more villains and monsters could be stopped in supernatural stuff: being forced to experience all the pain and terror of their victims, forced to deeply understand exactly what they put those people through. I would love for all the powers to die like that, to be drowned in all the pain they caused, forced to feel what their victims felt.
I want to see empathy as a weapon of mass destruction.
