Ichigo will forgive Ishida for beating Renji's ass so thoroughly. He presumably will forgive Ishida for killing the Squad Zero lady (never says boo about it), and he immediately forgave Ishida for nearly killing him. Because, since they met, Ichigo has forgiven Ishida anything. Ichigo's own sisters were put in danger and he brushed it off in the end to worry about Ishida too. Then continued to moodily worry for 3 years. Forgiveness and protecting his friends is kind of what Ichigo does.
That said, I think Ichigo would have forgiven Ishida even if he ended up killing Renji there, but I don't think Ichigo would have forgiven Renji for somehow killing Ishida. (Not that he was trying to, but the dude was throwing around full 2.0 bankai on a human teenager.) Based on how Ichigo has reacted in the past to Ishida being hurt, Renji would be buried into the ground. And Rukia would let him do it.
When Ishida gloats that one of Renji's mistakes was trying NOT to kill him, that's like: no, sweetie. That was his self-preservation.
