“Wait...so let me get this straight, You’ve never dated anybody?”

“No.”

“Have you even kissed somebody?”

“No...”

“I gotta set you up!”

“Don’t you dare!”

Was it really such a bad thing that as a twenty year old man he hadn’t dated anybody? It wasn’t like he was going on forty when his next birthday came around so why was it such a big deal? It wasn’t like he hadn’t been interested in anybody in the past it was just that they hadn’t been interested in him. Of course that didn’t mean he couldn’t find his own dates though! Hyunwook was sure he was more than capable of getting somebodies number and after saying that to his colleague, a bet was placed. If the dancer could get at least one number by the end of the night then Jongsoo would drop it and if not? Well then he had to go on a blind date.

“I’ve got this, just you wait!” He was more than confident he’d be able to get one if not more numbers from the club goers but by the time 4 am came and went, the males contact list hadn’t gone up at all.

“Did you?”

“No...”

“Await my instructions...” 

And that was the story of how Hyunwook had ended up sitting at a table waiting for somebody whose name he didn’t even know. At least he had made some effort to look presentable to the stranger since thanks to Jongsoo’s joke  he was now worried there was a chance they would walk in, take one look at him and walk out before they had even said hi. He had made an effort to style his hair, chosen a nice, clean and ironed crimson shirt and was even wearing jeans that didn’t have rips at the knees. He was no model but he didn’t think he cleaned up too bad.

              leah looks splendid, her chocolate hair glisten as sunlight shines through the window as well as making her skin look smooth and flawless. her highlighter on cheeks is striking. she looks better than usual, be it good amount of sleep she got last night or stepping up her make-up game. anyways, a phone's secured in her small hand, moving around to find the best angle and ignoring the waiting customer in the process. she's not fond of her job at the convenience store if that's not already obvious. only after irritated cough the girl's attention turns towards them. offended look setting onto her features.     ❛  what ?! ❜ // @epheriad​ !

💝 18 (hyunwook&aeri)

inspired by this awesome meme right here that I wanted an opposite for. send a  💝  and I’ll generate a number, 1-75, and post a starter based on what scenario I get.@epheriad ~ 17~ My muse invites yours to watch the stars 

They hadn’t exactly had the most conventional meeting thanks to the fact it was a blind date but what made it even more ‘unique’ was how much Hyunwook had managed to embarrass himself start to ends. Most people would have turned and walked right out through the door but not Aeri and for some reason he couldn’t understand (but still felt grateful for) they had exchanged numbers agreeing to meet up at a later date.

Now he knew those ‘rules’ in place or well, the ‘guy’ rules his friends kept going on about. 

‘You gotta act cool and leave them waiting. It’ll make them want you more.’

But he had always found them to be pretty stupid. Why did it matter how long you waited to call somebody? They had a pretty good night and he was sure he had put on a grade A comedy performance for her with how clumsy he had been. 

He was told to wait a week and yet it was just two days later after checking the weather forecast that he was dialling her number and pressing the phone to his ear, humming as he waited for that connecting click.“Hey, it’s the new Spiderman. I was wondering if you were free tonight? Was kind of thinking late night picnic on the roof since it’s meant to be a pretty clear night.”
