which one of poseidons kids would be cartimundas favorite?

I would say Carti’s favorites are Otus and Ephialtes, but with a twist.

I based them on the version of the myth where they ended up killing each other while trying to hunt a deer, unaware that it was actually Artemis in disguise. I also drew inspiration from what Pausanias recounts about them: that they were believed to be the first mortals to worship the Muses on Mount Helicon, dedicating the mountain to them. However, they worshiped only three Muses: Melete, Mneme, and Aoede.

Because of that, part of the equipment they usually carry can also function as musical instruments.

In the version I developed, they somehow managed to escape the punishment imposed on them by the Olympian gods. Now, they wander distant lands far from Greece, fishing and helping to establish small villages and towns.
