Well, DinoDudeArt on DeviantArt hasn't posted anything regarding young/baby forms of the other variants of Hoola yet, so I figured I might as well make my own rendition of young Epic Hoola.
I had this idea for young Epic Hoola for quite a while now, that being "what if the secret shows Epic Hoola hosts were based on a theoretical time in its life where it was shy?" The glow bracelet bit is based on how the young Hoola's hoop is actually a ring toss ring that it ended up using as a hula hoop.
