We are honored to have been mentioned as engineering and supplying all of the steel windows and doors that went into this legacy-quality modern compound. Of course, none of it would have been possible without the passionate and ingenious team that the Iluminus Group selected to lead the charge in bringing this world-class estate to fruition. As with all of our projects, we always close out with a final summary of lessons that we have taken away from the journey. No matter how many projects we complete, we never stop learning and we never stop growing, and that is what we really wanted this post to highlight. It is so easy to say that during these projects, the only thing that constantly changes is the state of the project, but what we often tend to forget and disregard is that with time and experience, we too are in a constant state of change. That is to say, our effect on the world around us throughout time also inevitably has an equal effect on us. Unless we take time to sit with ourselves and our team to understand how we have grown and in what ways we want to grow, the core benefit of these experiences becomes lost because we are only acknowledging one side of the equation.
