One of the biggest things I’ve learnt in business and running a successful online business is to delegate! This was actually really difficult for me to do because I’m a perfectionist! I am structured, detailed and completely in love with routine... I found it really difficult to let go of the control and I was trying to do everything but not getting above and beyond results! But as the saying goes how you do one thing is how you do everything... I could see that I was only able to pour a little bit of my heart and soul into all of the different things that are happening in my business right now. Over the last few weeks I’ve started to delegate, I’ve started to implement and hire the right people for the jobs I don’t want to focus on! It is very very exciting to actually see how quickly you can progress and unleash a bigger & better business when you actually put the best team in place!
