Bad Buddy, ep. 3.1. Having heard (and seen a bit of) Pran’s new song, “Just Friends ?” in ep. 2.4, we now hear the instrumental in the background several times in the following episode. And we start with Pran being given advice about writing his next one. Wai says:
Then, when the boys meet accidentally for supper at the noodle shop, we catch Pat in an intense gaze at Pran—when he isn’t teasing and annoying him, that is …!
Now it’s time to see who can get to their dorm room first when the elevator’s out. Wisely anticipating a wrestling match, Pran takes the unusual precaution of moving the strap of his habitual bag to (gasp) the other shoulder !! We catch him at it—barely—and the immediate repositioned of it when the race is over:
… after which there is another scramble, for the inhaler Pran has (and Pat hasn’t), during which (l swear) each of them is caught puckering up for the other. What ?? Yes …
