DS9 5.24 Empok Not - 5.25 In the Cards is the most wild and beautiful episodes to watch back to back. It starts off with an episode of O'Brien torture where he has to confront his role in war, and Garak gets dosed with a racism drug and MURDERS and hangs up the body's of O'Briens friends Infront of him.... Then Jake and Nog have to get a baseball card for his dad and after 40 minutes of silly antics it ends with what might be the funniest scene in the whole show. To be clear both episodes are amazing and highlight why the show works so well. BUT WHO PUT THESE BACK TO BACK BEFORE THE FINALE OF SEASON 5 maybe it's just a binging issue but I got whiplash from the change in tone of those two episodes

This is a condensed version of one I made on Reddit (removing the essentials list, an alternate episode order, explanation of episode placement, etc). Here's that one for anybody interested. I'm confident that season 1's first half (at least everything before Bug Busters) is in a suitable order, but the second half is definitely up in the air about where the episodes go. Leave any comments if you notice something is out of order. Also, this is a repost because I compiled an image for all the episodes now and I think that can make this more visible for people that could need it/are looking for it.
Thunderbirds has had some varying episode orders. The two main ones are broadcast order and the original ATV broadcast order. My experience with Thunderbirds on TV came from the 2000/2001 BBC2 run, which followed production order for the most part, though some episodes were rejigged due to real-life events. Simultaneously, Carlton released the series on video and DVD, following the original broadcast order. After BBC2 finished with the series, Cartoon Network began broadcasting it, following production order. Currently, the series is available on ITVX, which follows broadcast order. Some fans have created their own episode orders, so I thought I'd do one myself. I'm mostly following production order, though there are a few episodes shuffled around. Note this list only applies to series 1. The six episodes of series 2 appear to have been broadcast in the order they were filmed in, so we don't have shuffle any of them around.
I know we agree that Origami Tsunami is most definitely the second episode of the show BUT. What if. And hear me out. War and Pizza is the second and Origami Tsunami is the third? I'll explain my reasoning:
Firstly, in War and Pizza April has a job at Albearto's and, judging by her talk with her boss ("I hope we aren't headed for another of your "epic party fails", Party Captain O'Neil") and her phonecall with the turtles ("April still hasn't gotten through the happy birthday song yet, guys" "or cake"), it seems that she's been working there for a while. But, at the end of the episode...she's fired! And guess what she's doing when she appears in Origami Tsunami? That's right, going to a job interview! (that ends up being at Leo's Paper Hut, so no real job) She's looking for a job after being fired!
Secondly, Raph's powers (weapon powers). In Mystic Mayhem they don't work, obviously, because he just unlocked them, and in Origami Tsunami they awaken HARD. But but but, in War and Pizza he has this line: “Power Smash Jitsu! Or not”, because he doesn't control them yet. So I propose to you: he unlocks them in Mystic Mayhem, he tries to control them in War and Pizza and THEN they awaken in Origami Tsunami. In the eps after that he's much more comfortable with them!
Thirdly, and this is more of a minor reason, it's true that they start their heroing in Origami Tsunami, but War and Pizza isn't really a mission. April asks Donnie for a favour and the others come with just for the pizza, chaos ensues. It's more of a casual episode before the missions with the other mutants/The Foot begin!
So yeah, lemme know if you agree! I also am debating myself on which episode should go in forth place (I can't decide between Donnie's Gifts and Newsworthy), but that's for another post. Thanks for reading!! <3
I know you said you're not doing time travel-related episodes in the SLau, but I was wondering where they'd fit into the timeline? Like, which seasons/which episode numbers they'd be using your organisation? Purely out of curiosity, since you're not doing the rabbit miraculous/time travel, and there's no pressure for an answer, just wondering where you'd place them in the timeline
Alright, you asked for it. This is an alternate universe where the Pandemic didn't happen btw, for my own sanity:
The episode ‘The Fenton Menace’, Where Jazz thinks Danny is going insane but really it’s just Youngblood using his powers to make it look like Danny is fighting no one, always rubbed me the wrong way. The entire conflict of the episode could have easily been avoided if Jazz just remembered the most basics things about ghosts and Danny’s powers. That her brother fighting someone who’s using invisibility is the most obvious answer to what’s going on.
Then it dawned on me. This episode shouldn’t have been in the middle of season 2. With minor re-writes, it fits PERFECTLY between episodes 8 and 9 of the first season.
Episode 8 is ‘Prisoners of Love’ where Jazz is stressed out over being proven wrong and Episode 9 is ‘My brother’s keeper’ where she discovers her brothers secret.

‘Prisoners of Love’ ends with Jazz saying she’d “Rather be right and embarrassed, over being wrong, every time.” Not a good message to internalize. But that’s what she did.
Starting the next episode she’s still in that mindset. She still doesn’t believe in ghosts and hand waves any evidence that’s been shown to her thus far. (Confirmation bias and all that) Of course she won’t admit her parents were correct about ghosts and that she was wrong. So when Danny starts yelling about a ghost she can’t see, it makes 100% more sense that she thinks Danny is going crazy. To her, Ghosts arn’t real, and she doesn’t know about Danny’s powers at this point.
The episode goes roughly the same, The minor changes are that this is the episode where Youngblood is first introduced and he gives a quick explanation of who he is. (I don’t think it changes much. I think he’s a bratty kid who’d do this to Danny for a funny joke, regardless of any revenge. Maybe instead of the Fentons finding him at the bottom of a lake, they find him somewhere else. Just to avoid the ‘How did he get there?’ question)
Also when ghosts show up, instead of Jazz trying to cover for Danny, she’s trying to come up with explanations as to why those can’t really be ghosts. (They’re in the desert. It’s probably a mirage, or She was up too late last night and her sleep deprived brain is playing tricks) She’s still not ready to admit that she’s wrong, until finally Danny gets her to see Youngblood. She’s out of excuses. Ghosts are real.
Of course she freaks out. What a twist, now SHE’S the one on the verge of going crazy. (To me I feel like we were robbed of a Jazz finally admitting ghosts are real moment. This is it). Danny calms her down. He’s convinces her that everything’ll be okay, and in that moment she see’s something in Danny. He’s different, somehow. He’s not acting like the little kid she’s always known him to be their whole lives and it scares her that she doesn’t know what this is.
Danny defeats Youngblood and when they get home Jazz’s thoughts turn to her brother, not that he’s crazy but that he’s been though SOMETHING worrying that’s changed him. She determined to get to the bottom of it, leading us into the next episode ‘My brother’s keeper’. Where she thinks Danny is depressed. After the last episode she wonders if maybe she’s not the best person to be acting like Danny’s therapist, and insists he talks to a councilor for professional help.
BOOM! There you go! Three episodes, each with an effect on the next one, creating an arc for Jazz and all it took was a little bit of shuffling around the episode order.
Why did episodes 1-10, 14, and 16-18 come out but not the other ones?! What kind of order is this? Instead of trying to prevent this from happening, Thomas Astruc tells us that it is our fault that we watched the episodes. I feel like he should have at least tried to do something instead of ridiculing the viewers.
