This is Equal-Chan, from a game called Equal Card DS/Math Play, recently on Twitter, he had a resurrection after being obscure for so long, thanks to SiIvaGunner.
People have been making art of Equal-Chan, talking about the game, to even making Math Play OCs!
I think it's time we spread some love to Equal-Chan on tumblr too!
