Radicalism
The far right idea of radicalism is always much worse than the far left radicalism. People might say "but communism is when no food, no money, no freedom" but they somehow always seem to leave out the crucial information of how fascism always features the brutal subjugation and slaughter of a decided out group for the comfort and supremacy of the in group, which is a core part of supremacist ideology.
Marx never wrote "kill anti-communists and starve Ukrainians," but somehow centrists, liberals, and conservatives alike always point to the failings of stalinism as evidence of leftist violence, despite the fact that such violence is not an inherent part of the leftist school of thought.
Even consider non-state groups. In america we have the KKK and various neo-nazi groups on the right, and groups like the black panthers and antifa on the left. The far right groups base their movements on their believed superiority to others, and the violence they wish to enact onto the inferior outgroups. While at the same time, the far left groups largely seek to combat the violence being enacted upon them, while attempting to ensure the safety of and uplift the material conditions of the marginalized and oppressed.
These two types of violence born of these two opposing sides of the political spectrum are, yes, both violent, but one kind of violence seeks to be taken out on people for who they are born, whereas the other seeks to be taken out on people for who they choose to be.
