I feel like if equestrian!Lock Sherlock is a dressage rider then John should be a barrel racer. I don't know why I feel this way, but I do.

I’ve never thought of that before, maybe that’s because I’ve never had any western riding experience, but it is a very interesting idea, and I can see where you’re coming from. I see him as more of a showjumper because he’s quite a small and generally powerful man, and I feel like it’s reflective of his personality and I think I’m looking into this too much
