The monkey pox / quarantine storyline was fun and a bit different 👍

I spent the whole season on a seesaw of emotions towards Romano, hated him for being a rude bigot one minute, then felt sorry for him losing his surgery skills the next 😕 💪

Oh no Luka, what are you doing? Stop you idiot! 🤔😕😔👎

Then you realise he's having a bit of a breakdown and you start to have a bit of sympathy 🤨🤔

e10 Hindsight was fab though, loved the story told in reverse approach and the chance for Goran to stretch his acting muscles a bit! 👍

Interesting arc with Don Cheadle as Paul Nathan, the doctor with Parkinson's and how that affects his ability to carry out his work 👍

Not a fan of Abby / Carter romance - they had great friendship chemistry, but no romantic / sexual chemistry imo, so was glad that didn't last! 👎

Poor Abby with her family and bipolar though 😔

Glad we saw a better side of Luka return towards the end of the season, with him helping the Croatian boy get heart surgery and the Congo arc. e22 Kisangani and the following Congo eps in s10 were outstanding! 👍👍👍

Carter spends this entire episode reenacting trains, planes, and automobiles to get to Abby.

There is not a moment of his shift, that he is not coming up with a plan to get there as fast as possible.

He is too good for this world.

Her little hi. Ever since they’ve started dating, this is the only way that she ever greets him—whether in person or on the phone—and I just think it is the most vulnerable, cutest little thing.

Carter: *opens present and it’s a pair of pink, fuzzy handcuffs* wooooo! furry handcuffs. Chen: the gift that keeps on giving. Susan: abby, you still have your gift. Abby: oh, i still have the rubber sheets from last year. Carter: that’s where those came from, huh? (ER, s9e10, hindsight)

They never say who gave Carter the handcuffs—which means it was Abby—and my thirsty ass will be turning that into a fic.

I love how coordinated their outfits are through season 9. They always look so cool and put together—especially on date nights.
