[NEWS] Hi Suhyun to Release Debut Single ‘I’m Different’ Featuring Bobby on 11.11

YG Entertainment’s new unit Hi Suhyun will be releasing the debut singleI’m Different on November 11 at 0AM (KST). YG released Hi Suhyun’s new teaser image along with the debut single title ‘I’m Different’ on its official blog on November 6. I’m Different is a song composed by P.K and Rebecca Johnson and arranged by by P.K. Rebecca Johnson is a talented songwriter in her early 20’s and she was reportedly scouted by Yang Hyun Suk in America. Masta Wu, who appeared as a judge on Show Me the Money 3 and Bobby, who featured in the song, took charge of writing the lyrics.

G released a set of puzzling teasers for the new unit, revealing the members one by one. As the maknaes of YG, Lee Hi and Lee Su Hyun have different vocal tones and style and pursue different genres of music, like the title says. Lee Hi is skilled in retro soul and R&B while Lee Su Hyun pursues folk songs. Lee Hi has low toned voice full of soul while Lee Su Hyun received love for her clear and refreshing vocals. With Bobby, who catches ears with his powerful rapping, featuring in the song, anticipation has been building up on the new song I’m Different.
