EPITOME OF THE PAST: "erAI"
In short, this entity is known as erAI, one of six Hexinals, a group of entities that watch over the balance of the Minecraft realm. They are similar to the Hosts from Minecraft Legends (Action, Foresight, and Knowledge). However, they are more of ongoing/present-time guardians to ensure the balance of the world.
There are six of them, and there are two groups of three Hexinals. erAI is part of the "Moon Epitome" group, which oversees the past and looks back on ancient history and eras. They are typically obtuse, impassive, stubborn, and a bit stiff (similar to a Creaking) in interactions, but not entirely statue-like.
However, as a literal embodiment of the past, it is their purpose to ensure that the past remains absolute. Their job is to ensure that one does not think or look back too much on their past or nostalgia. Nostalgia is healthy, but if it only comes in healthy doses, they can sense if one is constantly looking back.
If one tends to overthink their past so much, erAI will appear in one's sleep. They'll offer a deal that the person can experience and see their past.
If one chooses to accept, erAI will access their memories and open up their past memory that are thought of most. From that point, they'll help that chosen individual by putting them through tests and trials until they overcome their past.
If one chooses to decline it, nothing would happen, but erAI will appear after two days from the first decline, offering again. If their offer is refused two times again, then they'll move on to find another indivudal.
erAI listens and doesn't judge despite having a rigid personality. It points out truths and facts about the individual and their memories.
