Have to do a 2k at somepoint this week. Feel like i should be at the gym right now getting ready but I'm not cause I'm already tired just thinking about it. I am so not ready for this. This is going to be rough. Goddammit why do I row.

I managed to fall off a rowing machine on Sunday.  It was my own fault - I was done with a 2k, out of breath and a not-so-happy-little-rower, my feet were already loose, and I just wanted to demonstrate something to my mum. 

I was sitting there, literally thinking "Remeber, if you go full pressure, you'll go right 'til the end and the end of the slide will brake for you."  Well. I didn't go full pressure, maybe half pressure. I still reached the end of the slide - and then just FELL OFF. 

In front of my mum. SO EMBARRASSED!
