Thin Lizzy contraatacan con el nuevo disco de archivo "Acoustic Sessions", a la venta el 25 de enero. Es un álbum de los primeros Thin Lizzy con Phil Lynott cantando y tocando el bajo, Brian Downey tocando la batería y el ex Them, Eric Bell, tocando guitarras, con algunas de ellas grabadas y añadidas recientemente. Son 10 canciones de sus tres primeros LPs, "Thin Lizzy" (1971), "Shades of a Blue Orphanage" (1972) y "Vagabonds of the Western World" (1973) y singles, en tomas acústicas. De momento estrenan la nueva versión de la inmortal "Whiskey In The Jar".
