There is so much obsession, confusion, and supplement company shenanigans concerning whey protein products, I thought that what everyone needed was a thorough overview of the whey manufacturing process. That is, the whey powder manufacturing process.
So there's a bunch of misinformation that people are fed regarding something basic like WHEY protein. Apparently whey causes impotence it causes you to become fat it causes a problem with your sperm count it has creatine in it it has steroids pumped into it...the list goes on and on and on and on...
