Someone wrote either a drabble or a preview for an upcoming fic based on the movie, but I can’t remember who. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction.

That is so cute I want to die.  I'm just now remembering that I had a similar spiral in 2010 over Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir (and I just googled them again out of curiosity and apparently he broke up with his longtime gf but now she's dating someone else).  There's just too much pain in figure skating, lol.  I don't know how people deal with it.

and the fact that he pointed her out to his mother five years before they even partnered up saying that she was the most beautiful skater he had ever seen! gahhhh

I didn't know that, but wouldn't she have been three and he four then?  Because they've been partners since they were 8 and 9.

Either way it was so cute and then it was hurt.  It was such a quick spiral though, I'll fully recover.

I'm glad you get it.  I hate when what would be a beautiful, romantic fairy tale romance is ruined by the cold, harsh world.  I felt my stomach drop when I saw the gf pics.  It's wrong.  It's all wrong.
