Who would have thought, all those years ago when I was a freshman sax player on the Lancer marching band in high school, that Fridays in autumn would be spent having a front-row seat watching Eric Bienemy outrun the opposition like a champ? Tonight, like many Bishop Amat alumns, I got to see him finally win a ring in an entertaining 54th edition of the Superbowl. By the way, this shot is one of those blink-and-you-miss-it moments on TV when Travis Kelce and Coach Bienemy have a happy post-game moment together. Kelce and ESPN’s Randy Moss gave shout-outs to Eric Bienemy on the coverage, as well. A head coach position can’t be far away now. Congratulations to you, Coach Eric Bienemy from Amat Nation! Yes, even from us Raiders fans, too. :) #ericbienemy #congrats #SuperbowlLIV #bishopamat #amatnation https://www.instagram.com/p/B8GLqSQglkW/?igshid=1g9ixmym1kkml
