Highschool starts pretty soon and I'm starting cross country as a freshmen. I've been running this whole summer (I even ran a mud run and doing a 10k soon) but I'm really worried about the whole running every day and how it's gonna effect my body like my my feet, knees, ankles, etc...
Don’t worry about that! Your coach will provide you with a training plan that works for your experience and skill level, so don’t sweat it. That being said, it will take some getting used to running that much, but it seems like you’ve been preparing very well by running all summer!
Don’t worry about it and just keep running! Listen to your coach, and I’m sure he/she will guide you well.
