those goddamn pills are a fucking miracle. i try so hard not to do that tho. i dont have any proof but when i do take them it seems like i need them for like more and more regular foods. ive been trying to eat better but that shit is hard. but in a pinch they work wonders.

it was totally my fault. there were some brownies fresh out of the oven and i just shoveled an enormous piece(s) down my throat and it was so goddamn good and almost worth the heartburn.

i should just take a zantac so i can just eat more brownies tho.
