I have so many Cherik Prompts after watching X-men Apocalypse. I can’t wait to share them with you guys :D Out of respect for people who is seeing the movies this weekend and can’t blacklist xmen apocalypse spoilers I won’t post them until sunday.

saw xmen last night and omg I don’t know what those critics were saying it was good! not perfect but I really liked it. Suffice to say my love of all things cherik has come back. Prepare for prompts galore. I will start posting them with the spoiler tag next weekend but I will probably have more Cherik reblogs this week :D

When Charles meets Erik on a midnight train to London, it’s like all of his Christmases and birthdays have come at once – until Erik opens his mouth, and reveals he cannot speak a word of English.

It isn’t easy to pursue a relationship with someone you need to play Pictionary with just to chat to, but with a little help from Charles’ telepathy, the two language-barrier lovers are determined to make it work.

I’ve been reading Cherik for years and it’s so nice to see I’ve missed a good one because I can go back and fall in  love with the pairing all over again. This is so cute. Wonderfully written and just really made me smile.

Cherik Story Idea #5 - The President and the Author

As the new president of the US Erik Lensheer kept hearing about a book based on him. Everyone he’s spoken to has called it brilliant, too bad no one warned him about the erotic content. 

The Adventures of Professor X and Magneto - an epic love story of two mutants out to save the world. 

He sends out his most trusted to find the author. 

Charles had no idea his sister Raven sent out his fan fiction to a publisher. He has to become the most successful and reclusive author otherwise he risks his job as a elementary teacher. 

kudos: if Eric has fallen in love with the character of Professor X.

Charles makes a New Year's Resolution:

“No more straight men,” Charles repeated as he began scrolling through the apartment directory for Emma’s name. “No more futility. No more pointless hoping and heartbreak. In 2013, I never want to hear the words ‘exception,’ ‘experimenting’ or ‘phase.’ If, God forbid, I hear ‘bicurious’ even once, I may take a hostage.”

Then he goes into the party, and Erik is there.

This is so so so good! 

“Some New Year’s Resolution, he thought. You didn’t make it five seconds. That must be a record.”

hehehehe honestly recommend any story from Yahtzee but I was in the mood for a little bit of angst tonight. :D enjoy

Being a mob boss' associate has its ups and downs.

Contains Mob boss Erik and Charles is a college professor. They still have powers in this series. A very good Cherik AU with protective Erik.

The weird thing is, Charles always introduces Raven as his sister, but he never calls Erik his brother. Erik would be bothered, except he prefers not to think of Charles as his brother, either. He can’t figure it out for four years, and then suddenly he can.

Or. A non-powered AU in which Sharon Xavier never remarries, and Charles 'adopts' not only Raven, but Erik too.

Another very good cherik story. Not as light hearted as the other stories I’ve rec’d so it does have a fair amount of angst.
