I am aware Sven and Finley aren't Russian nor English names but.....
I like the Red Scare part of their story it actually makes a lot of sense for the characters and their behaviors
Okay okay I can change Finley's name so they're at least both Swedish.
SaMS trapped me with Sven which from what I can find is usually used in Sweden, Denmark (hi Good Creator), and Norway where it can be spelled Svein.
I already had the idea (that would not have been explored but I would know it was there) that the Ivanov family (grandparents and up) moved from Russia to another country and then moved again to America.
So now that other country they moved from is Sweden and somehow that explains why the twins have Swedish names.
Mr. Ivanov doesn't talk to his parents but I'm gonna say he probably lived in Sweden for say 4 to 5 years and then they moved and he probably named the twins after people from Sweden.
Whatever the reason, I just need to get his ass in America by the time he's 19.
Alternatively, I could give Mr. Ivanov some American based lore that explains the twins' names.
Time will tell just let it be known that Mr. Ivanov named the twins.
