Details on Anchises' mortal wife!
Homer doesn't name her, but writes about their daughter Hippodamia ("eldest" presumably means they had more)
The hero Alkathoös — son-in-law to Anchīsēs, having married his eldest daughter, Hippodameia, whom her father and lady mother cherished in their house since she excelled all other girls of her age in beauty and wit and fine handiwork
A poet quoted by Servius seems to suggest she was able to flee Troy
For Naevius introduces the wives of Aeneas and Anchises leaving Ilium with tears in these words: "Both the wives of both went out of Troy at night, their heads covered, weeping both, departing with many tears."
Eustathius' Iliad commentary says she was named Eriopis
