also a part of the conflict with michiru and emiri then stems from the fact emiri has nothing and is more than willing to tear others down to have nothing with her to justify her work while michiru only takes from lives already lost. michiru is scared of her, more so than she is of hiyori, and emiri resents the fact that michiru was given a generally stable life and didn't join asunaro out of the same desperation emiri was driven to.
