Ingredients: 200g dark chocolate. 200g butter. 200g sugar. 4 eggs. 100g ground almonds. 100g flour. 1 tbsp instant coffee powder. 1 tbsp cocoa powder. 100g hazelnuts, chopped. Whipped cream and cocoa powder for decoration.
Instructions: Set the oven to 180C 350F and heat it up. Line and grease a 9-inch tart pan. Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl that can handle heat over a pan of simmering water. Stir the mixture until it is smooth. Take it off the heat and let it cool down a bit. Beat the eggs and sugar together in a different bowl until the mixture is pale and creamy. The chocolate mixture should be added to the egg mixture and mixed well. Toss in the flour, instant coffee powder, cocoa powder, chopped hazelnuts, and ground almonds until everything is just mixed together. Place the dough into the tart pan that has been prepared and spread it out evenly. After the oven is hot, bake the dish for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is set but the middle is still a little gooey. Take it out of the oven and leave it in the pan to cool all the way down. After it has cooled, top it with cocoa powder and whipped cream. Cut and serve.
