snow white comes back to life and he doesn’t care how, he just cares that she’s alive.

he hears her before he sees her, and if not for the rising, astonished murmur in the courtyard, he’d have thought it a dream, and figment of his drunken mind.

but no, she’s there, alive, resplendent in the white shift they’d dressed her in for burial. the wind blows through her tresses, there is fire behind her eyes and roses in her cheeks, and her voice is thunder as she talks of ridding the world of the black queen.

for all that he can’t believe his eyes, for all that, for a long moment, he still thinks he sees naught but a ghost, or a vision born of desperation, his hear pounds in his chest with blooming hope.

she is alive.

she is alive, and she is every inch the queen she was born to be, and he can do nothing but bend the knee, and bow his head, and try not to let the awe he feels show too openly on his face.

she is alive and he does not care how it happened (because he doesn’t believe all that bullocks about true love’s kiss, so it’s not even a thought that crosses his mind), and he does not care why, but he does know that he will follow her into battle.

and he knows he’d give his life for her should push come to shove.

heaven and its angels will have to wait, they cannot have her yet.

its been a hell of a year and though i didnt draw much, i am happy with what i was able to make this year!

with the semester finally ending i finally have the space to rotate my ocs in my bean again

i really want to start developing these stories and making the comics but first i have to uh actuaIlly design all the characters and have more story than just the climax but yk baby steps i'll get there one day

anyhoodles another Murphy for the crowd today. i really want Murphy to feel lived in just by looking at her. natural features in her face and her self expression via piercings and tattoos as well as ear plugs and assistive technology that she almost always as on her person. i wanna give her a lot of love and a lot of depth

• she and her best friend Louie founded ERoW in middle school and gained friends along the way with the twins Simi and Ify eventually joining and rounding out the group

"Everything Rhymes with Orange" is going to be a superhero story w Murphy as the titular hero. i def want the tone to be closer to the spiderman films and tv shows but 1. she doesnt have superpowers (kinda a tony stark type) 2. shes an adult who can swear 3. i want murphy and her alter ego to be more community driven - w spiderman (esp tom hollands (no hate to those movies they were great) spiderman) theres not a lot of that friendly neighborhood hero cus peter just fucked off to space so i wanted to really go for more of that local hero with the climax being the worldending threat that the hero has never dealt w before and then thus can rely on the community through earned trust to come together and what not

i dont know im just rambling at this point ahaha ive been rotating murphy in the ol nogan like pasta that is still somehow cold in the middle a lot lately

i love her and shes cool and stuff and thats what ocs are for man i do it for the love of the sport w the sport being making up little guys and putting them in situations
