Error code 3002
The error code 3002 appears when the user cannot upgrade iOS. This error code 3002 can be fixed by obtaining the IPSW file by using a download manager and pasting the IPSW file on the path %APPDATA%\Apple Computer\iTunes\iP{one|ad|od} Software Updates. Then the user may relaunch iTunes, reconnect the device and by selecting Update to install the needed upgrade.
