part of a self-indulgent "shuffleverse" where we swap some character vibes. in this case, admin has a lot of my headcannoned nightmare traits -- cold, calculating, and ruthless, always trying to be three moves ahead of his opponents, affectionate in an obsessive/controlling way, a bit vain, but classy as hell. story collab with @wishbonewhispers

his main motivation is to eliminate every anomaly from existence, including himself in the end. only the core stories can remain-- one undertale and one deltarune.

also! he only has minor aversion to touch. it hurts a bit and causes him to glitch depending on the person, but overall he can bear it when necessary -- it's not a phobia for him
