self-ship christmas! oh dear i hope i'm doing this right, lmao. i wanna ship myself with kuroo (mostly because he's hot), but considering my personality i would probably be super shy around him and not one to really initiate any displays of affection aside from holding hands. i hate going to sporting events, but i would definitely go to the local games to support him. <3 also i am a female and have some insecurities about my appearance at times.

Kuroo would probably find a way to coax you out of your shy behaviour, even if it was when it was just you two
He would certainly tease you from time to time, deliberately making you flustered just to see that blush on your cheeks
He would respect the fact that you were only comfortable with holding hands in public, but he would make sure that you would do exactly that often
He would love the feeling of your fingers entwined with his own, his grip not too tight, but firm enough so you could feel that he truly liked being with you
Knowing that you were not too keen on going to sporting events, he wouldn’t get too disappointed if you told him you wouldn’t come to his games; although he would feel the appreciation even more when he did see you cheering him on
This would certainly give him a boost of confidence, prompting him to perform even better than he usually did, since he didn’t want to lose on a day you did decide to come out of your shell and watch one of his matches
Time and time again he would glance over at you during moments that allowed him to divert his attention, giving you one of his toothy grins, and perhaps it was just the distance playing a trick on your eyes, but you could swear you saw a hint of a blush on his cheeks whenever he did that
