Don't put essential oils in plastic bottles or plastic water bottles!!! They break down plastic s it's better to put them in glass spray bottles. Maybe even empty perfume bottles if you can refill them.

Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat.
These days my life has just been eat, sleep, work, repeat, but I have been incorporating essential oils into my every day life, and they are really having a positive impact. I highly recommend learning about the benefits of essential oils. My personal favorites are lavender and grapefruit. Grapefruit helps me feel energized and motivated, and lavender helps me wind down after a long day.
For all you lovelies on the grind, remember how important it is to take care of the mind, body and self<3.

Sugar Scrub Recipe
I just made my first home made sugar scrub to exfoliate my face. I’m very excited about it, so I thought I would share the recipe I used.
1 tbs of sugar, 2 drops of water, 1 drop of lavender, and dash of freshly squeezed lemon. Super easy, super affordable.
