5. Guilty pleasures-She knits. It’s a calming hobby for her to let her mind wander without needing to wander off by foot and worrying her comrades–however, she can get out of hand once going and tend to make multiple scarves, sweaters, and mittens, then want people to wear them…in the middle of July in California. She’s proud of her handiwork and would smile warmly if you wore it. (Just wear it at least once, she’ll let it slide if you rip it off tomorrow.)-She also finds the morbid and occult fascinating and goes into deep detail about it which can scare and throw other people off. She’s a walking mayo-clinic webpage of murphy’s law.9. Humiliating Memories:-She’s usually too mellow to overreact to a misfortunate situation for it to be humiliating but the one that stands out for her the most was when she was goaded by her cousins, Father, and a few friends in town to go along with the other women to see if they could be matched up for an arranged marriage later on. The entire ordeal went south very badly, the Ghotok (matcmaker in Bengali) was screaming bloody-murder and rage, and a snake got loose. But all of this paled when later during a private conversation between her parents and the Ghotok (once calmer and cleaned of spilled tea and wine), where Esha overheard and registered the deep disappointment happening in the conversation. She didn’t care too much for the stuck-up Ghotok, but seeing the tired disappointed eyes in her parents still haunts Esha when she looks back on it now and then. 14. Ingrained Habits/Forces of habit:-She stays up late even with the knowledge of having to be up early the next morning, and always ends up sleeping in the following day. This makes her late for a lot of things. Getting her up in the morning is a challenge in itself and she’d only be more awake and aware come noon-time. But when the moon is up, she’s fully up.  -Another bad habit of hers is wandering far off by herself. One minute she’s walking with you and the next she’s found something of interest and meanders to go follow it for awhile. In some ways she’s like an alley-cat, and most of the time when walking with acquaintances this will be the last you’d see of her until like a week later and she’d be like “Didn’t I just see you? ”/“That was last week ”/ “Ah.” But if you are a constant friend in her life then she’ll always find her way back to you within the same day. I imagine while traveling with Naina and Zhian, they would be derailed from their path because they lost track of where Esha was half of the time. -She also ships her friends a lot and talk about it openly like it’s normal. Esha, no that’s weird, stop that.20. What-ifs/Alternative Timelines:-She was actually supposed to be a spirit-born Wizard. Her parents were two friends who had a very deep relationship that wasn’t very sexual at all but were comforted in the bond they had together that–woop–made a baby without the sex! Awesome. I think I changed her to a guardian mostly because….actually I don’t remember what the reason was anymore aside from thinking about making her a playable character. I’m happy with her being a guardian. It’s oddly fitting now. The main differences in this route, however, is that she’d be even more lost without a sense of direction, a severe pacifist and definitely sheltered within her own home and the main Dulce house more. *cue Hunchback of Notre Dame’s “Out there” *Bonus: I misread Melanie’s for Esha’s but I liked this headcanon so I’m adding it here.7. Their tickle spots:-You know that small part on the back of the knee that’s nearly almost always covered while sitting down or at any other possible time save for when you’re walking? Esha’s is literally the back of her knees. This is why they’re always covered and she goes into a fidgeting-giggling fit nonstop once tickled.

4. Best places to kiss on their body:- I have a feeling this is gonna be the most popular question yet--Around the neck region, towards her collarbones, or the forehead where it houses Dhaval’s piercing–since pact marks tend to leave a sensitive spot. Also the top of her chest and hips; there’s no particular reason why, they’re just a little ticklish but  also sensitive.

11.    Their emotional/moral weak spots:-She can seem to be detached from a conversation most days, and other days she can be very blunt where it seems like she doesn’t care for the other’s wellbeing. She does, most definitely, just shows it differently. She also doesn’t seem to register normal scary things as something she should fear, and normal harmless things as something she should fear herself. Instead of having a flight or fight sense when against a monster, she has a Hug-or-fight sense.

19. Fears/phobias:-Hello kitty, wishing troll dolls, over-the-top cute things that seem harmless to many, are viewed as having no souls to her. Kill it, kill it with fire!

22. What gets them flustered:-Romance. She’s used to being friend-zoned/platonic/always-the-third-wheel for so long that a person being interested in her romantically is just like “Whoa that the heck??!” Anything beyond hugs and hand-holdings turns her into a burnt-beet-red looking mess, and becomes a little more reserved because of her up-bringing (no those things are for privacy–bats roaming hands away-) In her surroundings she was grown up with much….lighter-looking women that other men usually went for, and paid no attention to getting involved with dating because of it. No one looked her way as much as they did the other women and the matchmaker of her city deemed her not marriage-material, so she kept busy doing other things.

24. What it takes to make them cry:-Becoming severely emotionally attached to someone and then that person being ripped away from her life completely. Unintentionally, all her acquaintances are kept at arms length where it doesn’t bother her if she doesn’t see them again, and with friends she is a constant factor in their lives so she knows they’re still there. If the person is gone-gone-gone without reason nor why, then she’d cry or become very depressed. As serene and care-free she seems to be, in truth, she’s a very lonely old soul.

Zhian and Esha are 50 Shades done with each other’s shit and elsewhere, Naina is most likely in peril. Good job, you two, you failed your wizard. Johan and the other Praetor Ancestors are most likely dishonoring you both.

It should be noted that while Mahatma is Native Bengali, Imamu is not. She’s East African (Yoruba)...hence her choice of headwear.
