This took way longer for me to get to than I’d like to admit, but here’s the last request from my 100-follower giveaway. @sigardaa‘s Eshima and Shuna enjoying a toast. “To your sword, and our valor.” This touched on a lot of my weaker areas when it comes to drawing, so I knew I needed to tackle it if I wanted to improve. Eshima Vice Hobby Decor

Decor: What kind of home do they keep? Are there any defining details?

Eshima has a “permanent” residence secluded high in the mountains of Naya. Much like a hobbit hole, it is built into the side of a small hill with a main entrance and few windows. She doesn’t keep many possessions, (besides her bokken and small leather pouch), but her home does contain many fluffy pillows, multiple tea sets, candles, and books on healing and medicine. 

Hobby: What’s something they do for fun that might be surprising?

You won’t catch her doing it often, but Eshima does enjoy the occasional social dance and music festival. If she feels her appearance would be unsettling to those around her, she will shapeshift to a native species as close to her own in appearance, in order to fit in and still have a good time.

Vice: What bad habits do they have? Is there something they would be ashamed of?

As a healer and a pacifist, Eshima does not like harming others. She was trained in the way of the samurai as a child, and uses her bokken to subdue others when necessary, but she does not like it. There have been three (to be determined) instances in her entire existence that she’s either seriously injured or killed someone; if the topic were ever to come up, you would see how deeply ashamed of those situations she is.

As for bad habits, Eshima doesn’t really have any…unless you’d consider giving everyone the benefit of the doubt a bad habit
