Ok, I have told some of you about this already, but I thought I'd explain to you all and you can understand why I am so uncharacteristically quiet. I am not ignoring anyone or being rude, and not drunk at 10am when I can't type right 🤣 These will give you an idea of what is happening in my body, essentially my brain is getting poisoned, this is why I'm also so tired, often I can't even write a status or comments - which is why I'm not online much. I forget stuff easily - even what I'm talking about! It can be fatal if it gets too bad, but my family and I know that and we are prepared for that eventuality. I am not having treatment, if I slipped into a coma and died then actually it would be one of the nicer ways to go! Thank you all for being so understanding that I'm not in touch with you all like I want to be, 98% of my life I'm asleep now - so it's nothing personal, I'm not making excuses, I'm not ignoring anyone at all, I'm not just being lazy or anything. Chances are that the chest infection has played it's part in this, which I also still have. Been changed from the Fentanyl patches coz I kept taking them off in my sleep (I am allergic to all kinds & my skin reacted to the for in em so itched then burns). Now on Zomorph, extended release Morphine Sulphate tablets 40mg twice a day. They seem to be working the same. Still not able to stay awake very long though why is kinda annoying, week as lot actually. And fed up. I wish I ate as much chocolate as it looks like i eat - to be honest that's my only problem with how i look, that i don't even get the delights of eating - my stupid screwed up body keeps swelling so much that one day i can fit into a pair of trousers the next I can't even get them on my legs nvm anywhere else, if I ate that much chocolate I'd be so happy I wouldn't care about anything with all the serotonin 😂 Today my hands are so swollen it's like trying to do stuff with those massive rubber gloves on the ones they use when dealing with things like corrosive acid 😂 #weight #notfat #endstageliverdisease #esld #chocolate #spoonieproblems #spoonie (at Doncaster)

Argggghhhh Suck to fucking death of this fucking bollocks One of the wonderful delights of end stage liver disease, they don't know how or why but it flips your sleep pattern. Yes your liver does far more than you realise! From everything I know I'd guess that it messes with your hormones. They said up until last year or the year before hcv didn't cause mental impairment, now they know it crosses the blood brain barrier & does cause damage to the brain.
