How far into SU are you so far, or did you catch up already? :V

I’ve watched through the first eleven (or twelve?) eps and they’re really, really good. I will probably be watching more tonight as well. Pearl is my favorite character so far, who’s yours? :)

1.)    Belle—Beauty and the Beast

She’s really smart and confident and doesn’t care what the stupid people in her town think. She looks past the Beast’s flaws to see the man he could be, not the monster he is. She’s both my favorite Disney princess and the one who reminds me the most of myself.

2.)    Dr. Two Brains—Wordgirl

You wouldn’t think I’d have a lot in common with an evil supervillain scientist who wreaks havoc throughout the city with his cheese-related crimes and inventions, but he was one of my favorite cartoon characters growing up and his snark, cleverness, and creativity is definitely relatable.

3.)    Rusty Venture—The Venture Bros.

My muse!! (I seem to have a thing for superscientist guys, for whatever reason.) I like a lot of things about Rusty, but most of the fact that behind his selfishness and cold exterior he’s really just insecure and lonely (I think). He’s really not that bad once you get to know him and I’m kind of the same way.

4.)    Elsa—Frozen

Yeah, I know, I’m unoriginal. But it’s still nice to see a Disney princess who struggles with the issues Elsa has, both internally and externally. I can definitely relate to the feeling of being happier and freer when I’m alone.

5.)    Maurice Moss—The IT Crowd

My favorite character from this show! He’s just so adorably clueless, and I tend to be clueless too, mostly because I’m lost in my own thoughts and not paying attention. He’s very proud of being a nerd, hates football games, is super bad at socializing and is really loyal to Roy, and….he’s just all around perfect.
