PTS update re: the house boat –

"The "Argonian House Boat" furnishing is now hooked up to its intended vendor. It can now be purchased off of Narwaawende in Wayrest, Mournhold, Elden Root, or Vivec City, or Nolenowen in Alinor." - PTS Patch Notes v110.3

But the achievement you need to get it is intense: Commemorative Master Angler – the Master Angler / Fisher achievement for every zone.

Now I'm glad I succumbed to FOMO the very last day of the last fishing event, "just in case". But I didn't do any of the DLC zones so, it's further good that another fishing event was datamined.

And the ladder still doesn't work. (Please add to this feedback! https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8306901/#Comment_8306901) I think this item takes way too much time to get for it to be non-functional, so I hope that does get fixed.

Additionally, the house:

“Bismuth Steam Baths” collectible now correctly communicates what Achievement you need to complete to purchase it with gold.

That achievement is: West Solstice Grand Adventurer – Complete 16 non-repeatable quests in Western Solstice.

Really nice! This house has a ton of great features, I'm excited to get it for gold.

Tide-Born Pool, Ceremonial: (daylight with short Khajiit for scale / sunrise / preview)

Attained via the Solstice Pathfinder achievement – easy but we won't be able to get this until the 2nd half releases.

Enormous! Beautiful! Not very deep.

Doorway, Daedric Vertebrae: (daylight / sunrise / preview)

Attained by completing the trial - Normal. Looks the same on both sides. Also HUGE.

Sunport Planter, Hanging & Sunport Planter, Stone:

Both craftable.

Argonian Houseboat

This is an awesome piece I'm very excited about. 4th shot above shows a possible cobble: it can become a regular house if you cover up the boats!

However:

We don't know where / how to get it; it's not at any of the vendors on PTS week 3.

You can't actually use the ladder to ascend to the roof, which is silly. Please help report: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/comment/8306901/#Comment_8306901

Door and pool with tiny khajiit for scale.

I love that all of these pieces are enormous, they'll be great for custom building and cobbling.

Getting ready for my relaxing beach life:

Tide-Born Bench, Wicker has this cute coconut drink animation instead of a regular sit :)

Lamenting the fact that these Argonian Stone-Nest Totems by the pool are likely from Treasure Map leads, which means I won't get to use them for ~1-2 more years... (drop rates suck, maps are way too expensive).
