HC (Bunnymund and Doc clashing on tiktok)

doc always wants to stay connected with the children he’s protecting, learning from past experiences, especially with teenagers - it isn’t easy to capture their attention if you don’t understand what they’re into; when bunnymund told him about tik-tok, it was, well, confusing. 

he’s learnt about the existence of cosplayers, posted a few ( terribly attempted ) dances with the other guardians in attempts to create more belief ( it doesn’t quite translate, it just looks like doc is dancing on screen with nobody next to him ) and even bunnymund attempted to dress the fae as an e-boy - which he hated. 

at the end of the day, all the comments refer to doc as a ‘ boomer ’ - which he isn’t sure if that’s a bad thing or not.

fuck. luckily, the word hadn’t slipped from his lips. when he agreed to go to the gym with baron (no, it wasn’t a date.) he should’ve assumed that it was some kind of trap. a thirst trap, if you will, and maybe he did assume it, to a point. perhaps that’s why he even agreed to go at all. 

he’d seen baron with far less clothes than what he currently had on, obviously. he’d had his body pressed against every inch of that skin, drenched in just as much sweat, if not even more than what he saw rolling off of baron. and yet--...

he’d rarely taken the time to appreciate the wide angles of the other’s back-- the muscles flexing in such an alluring way that you wouldn’t even dare to think that they were doing something as mundane as adjusting the weights on one of the machines. he eyed the curve of his back, in the dips of his spine which flowed past lock’s line of visibility. 

and that damn tattoo-- he knew that tattoo meant baron could kill him if he fucking wanted to, and yet it’s presence alone made his knees long to go weak. 

he’d been in those arms before, and yet he was seeing them in a new light. the longer he stared, the more he wished that baron would use that obvious strength, pin him to the floor, and have him begging for mercy and relief in the middle of the gym. the floor, the weight bench, the fucking locker room shower-- anything to give him relief as he focused on the beads of sweat that were forming at the back of the other’s neck. 

as if baron could feel lock’s eyes, and the holes the fires in them were burning into him, he turned. lock’s face was red, but not from embarrassment of being caught. he was turned on, and it was shocking there was enough blood left to flush his face. 

baron facing him did nothing to help, as lock’s gaze only floated to his chest, and lower to his abs, and lower still until lock had to let out a breath, bite his lip, and swallow a gulp that seemed so loud that all of the gym would be able to hear it. 

the other looked smug, and as much as lock hated that-- as much as lock hated the words ‘enjoying the view?’, that came from baron’s mouth, he couldn’t be assed to smart off. 

“there are more exciting ways to exercise, you know.” he tried his best to sound flirtatious, but the tone came out for more cracked than he’d intended. he could bring it back, though. he walked over to baron, running a fingertip down his bare chest as he stared at him through hooded eyes. “take me back to your place?”
