#paranoia abt ppl not liking me is the worst i think#it's what rlly keeps me down#the anxiety of it all#online and offline#rose rants#it's not debilitating rn but it crosses my mind & i think abt it#the way i hyperfocus on minute changes in how ppl interact with me#esp online#even tho ppl not liking me is inevitable#not everyone in the world can or will like me#bc human beings#and it's so easy to be like 'yea ignore those ppl' or say they don't matter in your life#and they don't! or i get why they shouldn't!#but like. even if i don't like them i can't stand the thought that i made someone upset or angry or see me & think#yea she sucks#& leave them with a bad taste in their mouth#which i suppose goes with my constant ppl pleasing#& putting others emotions & wants before mine
