can reaper sun taste things through his rays? and does moon's hat have the same function as sun's rays? (some animals taste as well as feel with their sensory organs)
Hello! And yes, but it's more "tasting" pheromones and other scents in the air! kinda like a snake
And Moon's hat works the same way!
Though that taste detection is more concentrated at the "fluff" of his hat while the actual hat is more of like another hand. Sure it can still "taste" in a sense but it's a lot less intense than the "fluff". It's used more as a lure and as a quick way to communicate (Moon is very expressive!)
and they can hold stuff with it, though for Sun his petals/rays aren't as flexible as Moon's hat leading to some funny ways to hold things
