There’s still a part of me that really hates Lugina and would love to throw him off a few of the cliffs in Ishgria, don’t get me wrong, but I’ve come to appreciate the character that Lugina is/has been written as, because at the end of the day, Lugina is a very well written character, and as someone who really does obsess over the idea of backstory/character dynamics/etc, that is something that I really do appreciate.

That’s one thing I really do like about Brave Frontier - they have pretty dynamic characters. If you think of the “main four” (Pairs/Seria/Karl/Lugina), Karl’s really the most static character, but he’s not completely static. Past that, they all seem flat and static at first, but as you continue in the story and get to know all of them better, you discover that those first impressions were completely wrong, and that each of them are actually very round and very dynamic...and those kinds of characters are even better!

i said i was going to sleep but i was just struck with the most immense sense of longing for paris and london

Since July 4th I’ve literally had 15 hour days minimum with 5 or less hours of sleep how am I still functioning

So far on the trip, four girls have broken their cameras, my friend and I have cracked our iPod screens, my friend almost lost all her money, I almost lost all my money and my bank card twice, one guy did lose his money/bank card/passport, one of the girls is really sick, and it turns out there's going to be a strike at the airports on the 29th, so we might not be able to get home. Other than that, it's been an amazing trip and I'm so happy I came. I love all the people on the trip and I've gotten way closer to all of them. There been a few minor and major bumps, by it's still incredible. Ps, I can't wait to be able to invade your ask box again Brittney. ;)
