The reason you're being criticised, as far as I can tell, is that really, that person is not plagiarising you. They are rewriting a scenario you have written, in their own words. That is what fandom is. Who hasn't read the same exact scenario 80,000 times? Who hasn't been inspired by someone else? They didn't take your phrases or cut and paste paragraphs from you. They just did what everyone does, their writing is less egregiously overblown than yours, and you're being hyperbolic about it.
