I like that even though the explanation given doesn’t really make sense UAF at least has an explanation for why Ben couldn’t transform into an Anodite but like they didn’t even pretend to give enough of a shit to explain why Ben couldn’t become an Osmosian and like this was all a problem that they made for themselves, retconning Kevin and Gwen to be aliens backed them into this corner when the original show already had a perfect explanation for why Ben wouldn’t have their abilities, people don’t give Omniverse enough credit for giving the franchise an out as to why Ben can’t become an Osmosian
