I saw our sapphire cosplay and was wondering if you have any tips? I'm planning on cosplaying her at pcc next May and wanted to get a head start. Thank you!

sapphire was my first real cosplay so im still learning but sure bro i can do my best!

-remember to paint the parts that will probably be covered by the wig cos if something blows ur wig around u’ll be exposeddd. and stuff like purple lipstick or a different color than ur paint is cool too. i used purple lipgloss but that wiped off eventually so i wished i had used lipstick or something that stayed on longer.

-gloves that fit and stay up as best as u can find!! it’s so annoying when you gotta pull them up all the time and then u get arm paint on ur gloves!!

-i dunno how you plan to do your wig but i cut it so that i had the bangs in front of my eyes and i just pushed them out of my face while walking around (i expected to need clips or something but it worked just fine!)

-if u make ur apron thing with stiffer fabric u can iron it and it’ll stay in shape better

i feel like im missing stuff or this is just basic cosplay advice but i dunno i hope that helps?? i really hope your cosplay goes well and ur always welcome in my askbox if you have more questions im happy to answer them!!<3
