in the midst of it all tonight gals bought a second patchbay to give my setup a little more wiggle room and i'm paying the ultimate price (redesigning my signal flow and rewiring my studio) but i'm making headway...

Somebody tell me if this qualifies as a fugue or not. I think it does not, but I’m not sure how loose the definitions are?

I started this LATE last morning before bed because I was grumpy about how much time I had wasted instead of working on music.

 so my head wrote a really grumpy bassline. the rest just unfolded.  I used 8-900 dollars worth of vintage Ensoniq’s to make what sounds like c64 music. lol. oh wait, the bassline is the neutron.

also i thought a bunch of drum machines applauding was funny.

trying to get the bones of this track finished even though it’s late it still needs mastering, maybe some string synth and noisy bits, maybe some samples and vocals, but i wanted to get what i have so far it on tape because i’m too lazy to save some of these synth patches haha
