Aquesta fotografia pertany a l'actual parc del Clot, al districte de Sant Martí de Barcelona, prop de casa meva. Antigament tot el recinte va ser un antic taller de la RENFE, d'aquest encara es mantenen algunes estructures, com les de la fotografia, en diferents punts del parc. L'ús actual és decoratiu, en aquest cas simula ser un aqüeducte que perd aigua. Malgrat tot, diria que no hi ha cap tipus d'explicació (tipus cartell) que informi sobre el passat del parc.

Amb el llum apagat miro la nit.

L'ombra massiva del xiprer no es pot

gairebé distingir. Hi ha dubte, fred,

Venus llueix a un angle

i tot es va gelant, com dintre meu.

Quan un es va fent vell sovint es queda

aturat i mirant cap a la nit,

com qui estudia, abans de viatjar-hi,

plànols d'una ciutat desconeguda.
