We are looking for a new way to organize our ET tubes... I was wondering if you had any suggestions or would have pictures. Right now ours are just in a drawer, held together by hair clips.

Unfortunately, ET tubes are just a pita :P
At the full-service vet hospital, we keep them in a commercially-available rack like this:
That’s probably the most common way to keep them. It’s simple and convenient. It does expose them to dust from the environment, but we haven’t seen that cause any issues.
At our spay/neuter clinic, this method isn’t really feasible. We just use too many! So we have them in a drawer with homemade cardboard dividers separating them by size, except for 4.5 and smaller, which all go together in a basket:
