This is by far one of my favorite go to videos that I regularly watch or listen to when I need a quick fix to remind me of why I do what I do. This ‘You Owe You’ message takes me into New Year’s Resolution mode whenever I need it. It’s all about being accountable for your own actions. 

There are plenty of times that things don’t get done because we get in our own way. At that point you owe you and explanation, the same way we hold others accountable for not doing what they say they are going to do. It’s about valuing yourself and making yourself a priority. 

Dr. Eric Thomas spoke this truth over in Australia during the summer of 2015, about a week or so after I met him for the first time.
