@etceterita asexuality is a lack of sexual attraction, that's it. Some asexual people want to have sex despite the lack of attraction, kind of like eating food even though you're not hungry

Hello! Can you recomend me any fic that takes place in S3? In wich day are not a couple yet and talk about their feelings?
Hello! Unfortunately, I don’t recall reading any fics like this (I don’t really like s3 fics, they’re angsty) but here are some I found that I thought sounded good:
Before It’s Too Late: Sherlock leaves the wedding reception, ready to leave John and Mary to their blissful without-him life. Except, it turns out things are never that easy. Especially when he finds out that Mary is much more than she seems.
Contact: “I don’t think I’ll want to talk about this again. There’s no point. But I have to ask, did you even once…at least tell me, while I was dying back here, waltzing into a goddamn spider’s snare, at least tell me you thought of me when you were away.”Sherlock blinks once, twice, then stands up.“Of course. Of course you can’t even answer that. Go, go sulk in your room.”“No, John. I’m going to answer you,” Sherlock starts unbuttoning his shirt. “You’re the one who’s still not ‘getting it.’ Moriarty was never going to kill me, not straight away. He was going to kill YOU.“
The Parting Shot (directly after HLV): John Watson finally returns home to 221B for good with a new bullet wound and one less assassin to his name. He and Sherlock discuss the events over a drink and the talk gets heated.
The Way You Did Before (during s3 but amnesia fic): Shortly after Sherlock returns from the grave, John is involved in a serious accident that leads to an unexpected head injury and he loses all memories of Sherlock and Baker Street. After recovering in hospital physically, John returns to 221B and reacquaints himself with the place he used to call home, trying to remember his roommate- the man he knows as Sherlock Holmes. Little does he know, he had forgotten more than just Baker Street, more than just a roommate, and Sherlock attempts to bring his memories back in the gentlest way possible.A gentle way only a loving genius can ever conceive of.
If you know a fic like this, please reblog or reply with a title and author or a link!
Hello,so i just wanted to ask, if a lesbian is dating a trans woman but in the moment pf having sex she is just unconfortable with the fact that the trans woman has a penis...would that be sexism? (Sorry for bad english)
disclaimer: i’m not a trans woman so whatever a trans woman has to say on this issue overrides anything i do.
i’ve never actually heard of something like this happening in the midst of coitus. if it’s something you’ve experienced i’d discuss it with your partner and whether or not she sees it as transphobic, as well as coping strategies for ways you’d rather be intimate.
otherwise, if lesbians are uncomfortable at the idea of theoretically having sex with someone with a penis, they’re not obligated to do so and they can like, say that to someone they’re dating for whom they know it’s relevant. people just shouldn’t go around saying that they absolutely under no circumstances will ever be attracted to or date a trans woman. it makes this weird false dichotomy between how you experience interacting with trans women in the world and how you experience interacting with cis women, which isn’t real or representative of what the world is actually like.
also it’s worth pointing out that consent can be withdrawn at any point during sex for like, any reason. including being uncomfortable. i just don’t see this being an issue of transphobia as much as it might be trauma or some other problem, since someone who was actually uncomfortable with dating/being intimate with a trans woman probably wouldn’t have initiated sex with her.
input from trans women?
